FoodSafe Formulate helps teams organise evidence and prepare drafts. It does not take responsibility away from the food business operator or appointed reviewer.

01Draft status
AI-generated descriptions, HACCP material and other content remain drafts until an authorised person submits and approves them. Approval records who made the decision and when.
02No professional replacement
Outputs are not legal advice, scientific validation, laboratory results or endorsement by the Food Standards Agency, a local authority or another regulator.
03Check every claim
Before using an output, verify it against the current recipe, ingredient specifications, manufacturing process, packaging, target market and current official guidance. Never publish unsupported nutrition, health, allergen, origin or sustainability claims.
04Human accountability
The food business operator remains responsible for food safety, allergen controls, labels, registrations, due diligence and keeping records current. Use a qualified adviser or accredited laboratory where the risk or law requires it.
05How to report a concern
If an output appears unsafe, misleading or inappropriate, do not approve it. Preserve the source information and contact support@foodsafeformulate.co.uk with enough detail for review, without sending unnecessary personal data.
