Acceptable Use Policy

01Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• create or publish labels, claims or documents you know or suspect to be false or misleading;
• conceal an allergen, a safety risk or a recall from customers, regulators or business partners;
• forge supplier certificates, test results, signatures or approvals;
• approve records on behalf of another person or share approver accounts;
• upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan or break security controls or other customers' data;
• bypass plan limits, rate limits or access restrictions;
• scrape, copy or resell the Service, its rule packs or reference content;
• upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes others' rights;
• break any law, including food, consumer protection, data protection, anti-bribery or export laws.

02AI use

Do not try to make AI features produce harmful, defamatory or deliberately misleading content, or present an AI draft as reviewed when it has not been.

03Security research

If you find a vulnerability, report it responsibly to security@foodsafeformulate.co.uk and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours.

04Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, suspend users or terminate Workspaces, and co-operate with law enforcement or regulators where required.
