We want everyone working in food businesses to be able to use FoodSafe Formulate, including people with disabilities.

01Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

02What we do

We use semantic headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-accessible menus and dialogs, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast and text alternatives for meaningful images.

03Known limitations

Some complex tables, dependency graphs and exported PDFs may not yet be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to improve them.

04Feedback and alternative formats

If you have difficulty using any part of the Service or need information in another format, email support@foodsafeformulate.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
